Payment

We accept payment Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard.
All prices are shown in Danish kroner and include VAT.

The seller is only allowed to withdraw the money when the product has been shipped. Payment will only be debited from your account when your order is dispatched.

When paying, an approved payment server is used, which encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

The merchant is responsible for any damage to the goods from the time they are dispatched until the cardholder receives them.

Returns

If you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day right of return.

The goods that you send back must be in the same condition as when you received them – unused and undamaged.

Please note that you must cover the costs of returning the goods yourself.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

Refunds

When we have received the returned goods, the amount corresponding to the products you have sent back will be refunded. Please note that the costs you have incurred in sending the goods back are not refunded.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish legislation. The right to complain applies to errors in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling – e.g. moisture damage.
